What is the cancellation policy?
a. A full refund credit will be given if reservation is cancelled 3+ days in advance.

Do you have a weather cancellation policy?
a. We will follow the established cancellation policy.
b. However, if there is severe weather on that day (Tornados, Storms, Ice and/or Snow) we will do our best to work with you.

What happens if your hourly slingshot rental in the Oklahoma area becomes unavailable due to mechanical issues prior to our reservation?
We will do our best to have another Slingshot available for rent (mechanical issues, unforeseen circumstances, safety reasons, etc). IF no slingshots are available, we will substitute with another slingshot or provide a full refund of the rental. We strive to make sure every rental can be fulfilled but appreciate your understanding for issues beyond our control.
What should I have with me during my rental?
a. For any time of the year, we recommend sunscreen.
b. We also suggest sunglasses and a usb cord to charge your phone.

Do you offer delivery and pick up?
a. Yes, for a convenience fee and within a radius of 20 miles from Newcastle.
b. The convenience fee will be $50 delivery and $50 for pick up. (Delivery & Pick up is $80)
c. We offer free delivery & pick up for 7+ day rentals. Within the 20 mile radius of Newcastle.
Can I leave my car at the pick-up location?
Yes, we have ample parking for vehicles that are out on trip rentals.
Do you accept cash or checks?
a. We do not accept checks.

Do you offer Gift Cards?
You may purchase gift cards online.
Can we take the slingshot out of state?
No. Each Slingshot must stay within the State of Oklahoma. We offer 250 free miles per day rental. Each mile after is $0.25/mile.
What happens if we get a ticket?
The primary renter is responsible for ALL fees associated with any tickets, towing, or impound charges.
